The early to mid 80s bottlings of the 18 year old Macallans tend to show a much gamier, meatier profile with notes of Spices, cloves, oranges, dried fruit with some smoke and lots of classic sherry intensity. Super soft and typically luxurious in style. A very rare old bottling of a classic Sherry Oak Macallan!
