After 10 years of tests, this full bodied red wine comes to light with its magnificent maturation. A wonderful synthesis mastered brilliantly for this limited release, with an intense nose of black fruits, followed by black cherries.
Gently fragrant on the nose, this full bodied red wine shows more expression on the palate where the flavours of blackberry and black plum are underpinned by attractive tobacco notes. As the wine breathes, it reveals great fruit intensity and the aromas of maquis that are so distinctive to the Léoube vineyard. Structured and classically proportioned, this is a “vin de garde” that could easily develop for a further 5 to 15 years.
